FITNESS & FAJITAS #17

With the ease of lockdown , I have started going for runs around my society !

I’ve been going on HIIT running which basically means one round of walking then one round of running .

This helps to burn more fat and also lets you have a breather in between .

I’ve an alternate cycle – one day strength workouts then one day running .

I’m on a caloric deficit , my diet will be more defined once things are more settled and I’m able to order meat !

Been craving for prawns !!

I could do nothing today 😭 because of my father’s webinar but maybe that’s good for me because from tomorrow the Everest expedition starts !

Lunch : 3 sandwiches stuffed with 1 scrambled egg !

Yoga ✔️ . Today was a difficult one as my dad had his webinar and I couldn’t blast music to motivate me .

Biceps workout : bicep curls (4s × 12r) , hammer curls (4s ×12r) and concentration curls (4s × 10r)

Tricep workout : Overhead tricep extension (4s × 10r)

Shoulder workout : Overhead shoulder press (4s × 12r) and Side raises (4s × 8r)

Dinner : 2 scrambled eggs with some chopped onions !

I’ve been restricted to just 3 eggs a day because of summers .

Morning yoga ✔️ , after a while in the morning .

Lunch : 2 scrambled eggs with salt and some sauce . Simple !

Tricep workout : Overhead tricep extension (4s × 10r)

Shoulder workout : Overhead shoulder press (4s × 12r) and Side raises (4s × 8r)

Dinner : Paneer tikka with 2 rotis !

Lunch , just a lemonade because I was up late night finishing my eCommerce lab (html) .

Yoga ✔️ , I’ve been feeling great after yoga nowadays , so light !

Biceps workout : bicep curls (4s × 12r) , hammer curls (4s ×12r) and concentration curls (4s × 10r)

Tricep workout : Overhead tricep extension (4s × 10r)

Shoulder workout : Overhead shoulder press (4s × 12r) and Lateral raises (4s × 12r)

Dinner : 3 eggs omlette with some finely chopped onions mixed ! Real tasty !

Lunch : Potato stuffed flatbreads with some coffee !

Yoga in the evening as usual because I can’t follow a normal routine during lockdown .

Shoulder workout : Overhead shoulder press (4s × 12r) and Side raises (4s × 8r)

Dinner : Chicken Salami and cottage cheese pizza made by my brother !

Breakfast : Poha ( flattened rice flakes ) made with some spices and peanuts . Sorry I forgot to click a pic , it was delicious !

Lunch : Paneer(cottage cheese) with 2 rotis

Dinner : An egg roll omlette and some scrambled eggs – 3 eggs

Lunch : 3 sandwiches with spreads (thousand island & cheese and chilli) with one scrambled egg .

Morning yoga and workout routine in the evening !

Biceps workout : bicep curls (4s × 12r) , hammer curls (4s ×12r) and concentration curls (4s × 10r)

Tricep workout : Overhead tricep extension (4s × 10r)

Shoulder workout : Overhead shoulder press (4s × 12r) and Side raises (4s × 8r)

All of this with a pair of 5kg dumbbells .

Dinner : 3 rotis with Paneer with cream gravy !

FITNESS & FAJITAS #8

There was a test today as well and it could not have been gone more badly , plus morning yoga got postponed .

After my test I made myself some sandwiches , spreading some thousand island and cheese chilli spreads with some scrambled eggs in between ! And of course lemonade too !

The blazing summer has got me drinking lemonade of any of you are thinking why am I OD’ing on those 😂

Did my yoga and workout routine . Biceps and triceps workout !

I didn’t feel like eating anything for dinner so I just had some coffee ☕
